Aromatics that we have selected for you (Selection Brin d’Arôme) :

For infusions

- Lemongrass Verbena Lemony scent and flavor
- Salvia Strong flavor, slightly bitter and acidic cooking
- Moroccan Mint Impression of freshness, minty fragrance

For salads

- Dill The scent and taste of anise leaves.
- Parsley Slightly spicy flavor, stronger than curly parsley
- Moroccan Mint Impression of freshness, minty fragrance
- Chinese Chives Slightly more garlicky chives.
- Aromatic Capucine Flower spicy, slightly peppery

For casseroles

- Tarragon Slightly bitter and aniseed
- Sorrel Green Virgin Tartness
- Perennial Celery Stronger than conventional celery
- Curry Plant This very scent of curry
